Aniket Doegar is the CEO and co-founder of HESPL (Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Private Limited), a social impact organisation working on easing access to welfare. An alumnus of SRCC, Delhi, Aniket first started out in the development sector as a TFI (Teach for India) Fellow. Over the course of the last 12 years, he has co-founded non-profits and various other organisations in this space. Recently, he was also an Acumen Fellow. For the last six years, Aniket has been leading the Haqdarshak team with his passionate drive for creating impact at scale. Aniket is also on the advisory board of Teach for India and board of trustee at the YP foundation. |
Animesh works at the intersection of Behavioural Sciences, Design Thinking, and Social Behaviour Change, crafting solutions to collective problems. He is skilled in designing, testing, and evaluating behavioural solutions on diverse thematic areas with specific focus on natural resources-based livelihoods and gender. Animesh was instrumental in setting up Nil, a social impact lab that uses design thinking principles to develop impactful behavioral solutions. In the past, he has worked closely with clients like UNICEF, WFP, JHU CCP, Breakthrough Trust, TRIf, SwissAid, BMGF and FHI360. He is currently involved in developing empathy-led transformational solutions for subsistence farmers, adolescent boys as-well-as retail and wholesale traders. |
Ingrid Srinath has been a passionate advocate for human rights, social justice and civil society in India and around the world for the past 20 years. Ingrid joined the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy at Ashoka University as its Founder Director in 2016. The Centre, the first of its kind in India, aims to strengthen the ecosystem for philanthropy and social impact in India through cutting edge research, high level capacity building and convening, and engagement with students at Ashoka and beyond. |
As Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Lindsey Gottschalk works at the intersection of strategy and operations to strengthen the collaboration among partners and scope and implement new initiatives. Lindsey brings over a decade of experience in public health, healthcare, and health tech research, program implementation, and advocacy in the US and globally, including at New York City Health + Hospitals, Premier, the Greater New York Hospital Association, UNFPA, and the Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health. She has long been passionate about facilitating collaboration among interdisciplinary stakeholders for social impact. Lindsey received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and has an MSPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She lives in Toulouse, France, and when not working can be found cooking or hiking. |
Dr. Marcus Ranney is a business professional in healthcare and technology. From sick care to wellbeing, Dr. Marcus Ranney's career journey over the past two decades have led him from the patient's bedside to a wider stage as he now creates global impact via systemic change.
Completing his Bachelors of Science and Medical degrees from University College Medical School in London his passion for extreme physiology has allowed him to conduct field research across the planet. With expeditions taking him to the sides of Everest, skiing in the Arctic and the European Alps, he has served as a medical officer in the Royal Air Force and at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. After practicing clinical medicine in London, in 2010, he made the transition to Mumbai where he has worked within the Healthcare and Life-sciences industry as a Strategic advisor, Investor and Operator for a range of MNC and national bellwether firms. |
Mona Raina is the Senior Director, New Services Development at TechSoup. Mona develops new technology solutions to help nonprofits with their digital transformation. At TechSoup, she strives to help over 1 million global nonprofits through their digital journey by providing them with solutions ranging from technology applications, technology services and online learning programs for nonprofit staff. Prior to TechSoup, Mona worked with startups and structured them for growth, often with multiple stakeholders and in challenging regulatory environments. She is dedicated to bringing new ideas to traditional markets – through germinating startups and now to bringing large-scale innovation in the impact sector. With over 18 years of experience in product development across areas as diverse as Semiconductor, Renewable Energy, Education and IoT, she specializes in utilizing technology to achieve the full potential of ideas. Mona has advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD and has lived and led teams in the United States, Europe, and Asia. |
Natasha Joshi is a development sector professional who has worked with multilateral organisations, foundations, and governments across India, Mexico, and Singapore, and currently serves as an Associate Director at Nilekani Philanthropies. She holds a degree in human development and psychology from Harvard University. |

With a Masters in aeronautical and astronautical space engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, Rikin began his career at Oracle, where he received patents for linguistic search algorithms that he helped develop. Later he joined Microsoft Research India’s Technology for Emerging Markets team, where he researched ways to amplify the effectiveness of agricultural development globally. The time Rikin spent in India’s rural communities changed his life. He developed a passion for helping the country’s rural farmers, whom he saw as heroes. More than a decade later, that passion has become Rikin’s career; in 2006, he co-founded what has become Digital Green. |
Sara Chamberlain is the Digital Director for BBC Media Action in India, where she is responsible for designing and scaling mobile services for low literate, low income communities. She has been at the forefront of digital communications in the development sector for 23 years, including 14 years spent designing and scaling mobile services in Asia. Her digital solutions have benefited millions of people and won many awards including three GSMA Global Mobile Awards, a Microsoft Education Award, Gold and Bronze Cyber Lions at the Cannes International Advertising awards, and two BAFTAs nominations. Sara has designed and delivered digital capacity building programs for NGOs in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, India, Pakistan, the Palestinian Territories and Sri Lanka, and has published widely. |
Suha Mohamed leads partnerships and strategy at Aapti, a public research institution that explores the intersection between technology and society. Her research focus has been to uncover and define models of data stewardship at the Data Economy Lab, to explore how the societal value of data can be unlocked and individuals/communities can be empowered to participate in the data economy. Specifically, she has investigated stewardships application in mobility, labour relations, sustainable development and conservation - to investigate the ways in which it can help communities negotiate better on their data rights and rebalance power. Prior to Aapti, Suha has worked in the startup ecosystem with several tech startups, social enterprises (Microsoft for Startups) and women-led organisations (SonderConnect). At Microsoft, she led a program that supported social enterprises in leveraging technology to amplify their impact. Previously she worked for the Centre for Law and Policy Research (Bangalore), where she focused on issues concerning gender, public health & disability rights. Suha graduated from Maastricht University, with a degree in International Relations & Public Policy. |
Swapnil co-Founded Dhwani Rural Information Systems with a vision to reduce technological barriers for social impact organizations struggling to leverage ICT for good. Before devoting his full time at Dhwani, Swapnil had worked in the Middle East on several healthcare projects – low-cost primary health clinics for the blue-collar workers. Though a chemical engineer by profession, Swapnil associates himself more as a development professional. |
