Neera Nundy is the Co-Founder of Dasra, where she leads Dasra’s ecosystem-building initiatives in the areas of Adolescents, Urban Sanitation, and Democracy & Governance and facilitates collaborative platforms by engaging donors, non-profits, government and other stakeholders. Neera holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is an Indian Leadership Fellow with Anantha-Aspen Institute. She is a recipient of the Canadian Governor General’s Medallion for her dedication to addressing India’s critical development challenges, and the Forbes Philanthropy Award in the Crossover Leaders category. |
Mr. Nikhil Kamath is the Co-Founder of Zerodha and True Beacon. He is an astute and experienced investor. Zerodha became India’s biggest trading platform during the COVID-19 lockdown, with its user base, increasing by 100% every month. Nikhil and his brother founded the hedge fund Rainmatter in 2014 with a capital of INR 50 crores. The purpose of the hedge fund was to fund tech start-ups. In September 2019, Nikhil Co-Founded True Beacon to bring his fund management experience to a global group of Ultra High Net Worth strategic investors. True Beacon aims to disrupt the market by adopting a zero-fee model, with performance rewards on fund gains. |
Priya is currently working as Chief Envagelist at Societal Platform. She was a former Director at The/Nudge Foundation, which incubates startup nonprofits working to sustainably and scalable alleviate poverty. She has supported a range of high-potential startup nonprofits in India with strategic decision-making on the journey towards scale and impact. Priya has a background in Strategy and Product Management with various major tech firms (including Yahoo and eBay). She has also provided strategy consulting to a range of tech startups. Priya has an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. |
Rajiv is responsible for the growth of Bloomberg’s financial products business in South Asia. He has spent 15 years consulting financial institutions on their technology needs. Rajiv has completed his MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney. |
Ms. Rekha Koita is the Co-Founder of Koita Foundation. She also has recently joined the Board of the IIT Bombay Research Park, a new initiative to drive collaboration across IIT Bombay and corporate organizations. Since the past few years, Ms. Koita is active in the social sector. She has co-founded Koita Foundation where she works with NGOs in the areas of education, livelihood, maternal and child health. She has also conducted training workshops for social enterprises and NGOs on business process optimization through technology. |
Ms. Rukmini Banerji is the Chief Executive Officer of Pratham Education Foundation. She was trained as an economist at St. Stephen’s College (Delhi) and the Delhi School of Economics. She was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University (1981-83) and completed her PhD at the University of Chicago in 1991. Rukmini returned to India in 1996 and joined Pratham. Over the years, she has worked extensively in Pratham’s education programs in rural and urban areas. Along with her teams, she has played a major role in designing and supporting large-scale partnerships with state governments in India, for improving children’s learning outcomes. Rukmini led Pratham’s research and assessment efforts including the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) exercise from 2005 to 2014. Since 2015, she has been the CEO of Pratham. |
Swapnil Shekhar is the Co-founder and Director at Sambodhi. With 20+ years of experience in international development, Swapnil leads Sambodhi’s vision of generating data and evidence-driven impact. In addition to driving large-scale evaluations for global philanthropies, public sector, and development organizations, Swapnil also leads Sambodhi’s strategic and business direction. He is also a Rockefeller Foundation Global Fellow (2015). Currently, he is steering Sambodhi’s latest venture in advanced analytics, aiming to promote data science and technology in the policy and development space. |
Vandna Ramchandani is the Head of Corporate Philanthropy for Bloomberg LP in Asia Pacific. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held leadership roles across various departments in Bloomberg. Prior to her role in HR and Philanthropy, she was Global Data manager for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, managing a cross-cultural team of over 250 people. She is a member of Bloomberg Singapore's office committee since 2011, which she chaired until 2015. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on leadership and professional development. Inclusion, local leadership, as well as mentoring young woman are topics close to her heart. |
